Amazing! I stumbled across this article of an American blogger who wrote an article on her site about refusing to use cups in her recipes (most North American recipes use cups as a way of measuring.)

I thought I’d share it with you as it made me smile and also gives very good reasons why you should get yourself a scale and not use cups for baking/cooking.
